I have hotel reservations for two nights (arrive 12/30 - depart 1/1/13) for a studio two beds room (2 beds and a mini kitchen) at the Affinia Manhattan hotel. This is a swanky hotel located DIRECTLY across from MSG. You can literally stumble to your room and not even have to attempt to hail a non-existent cab or deal with public transit.

I would love to trade my hotel reservation (switch the reservation from my name to yours and you pay for the room) for the privilege of buying 1 or 2 tixs for 12/31 at face. I am hoping for at least 200 level tixs if possible (a pipe dream I know!). I (like everyone else) struck out through mail order and Ticketmaster. Long time fan - so the tickets would go to good use.
