Not saying I am better then anyone, but Phish isn't young anymore...they walk ,drained and hunchbacked EVERY SHOW NOW off the stage. There are the "dudes in the front row" standing, eating,sitting, talking etc...I BOGGIE FROM FIRST NOTE UNTIL LIGHTS OUT EVERY SHOW SINCE 94....If you don't, this is not your scene. Put the phone away, walk to someone in the nosebleeds dancing their A$$ off and trade seats...we need to return the energy to the band they send to us, it's a circle that when spinning all night makes a PHISHTORIC show. So if anyone in ur section is wasting the seat and breaking the flow...say something, respectfully. Sorry for the rant, just have had some EPIC moments where a person sittin eating popcorn has distracted me. It's my stuff, i know...i live and let live...just a grumpy old vet....miss the old FUNK FESTS, everyone left drenched in sweat..I had a group tell me at UIC 2011 "Thanks, you made our show amazing, we have no idea how u keep up with them, know every song and are so respectful when people push and shove " that made my show...lets return the energy this NYE Run...BUT MSG almost ALWAYS does.
