We understand the need for transparency when events get canceled and we want to provide all CashorTrade users who made their FloydFest23 purchases on our platform with the best possible experience during this time.<\/p><p>FloydFest has provided ticket holders with two options for their 2023 tickets and CashorTrade will be working directly with the festival to ensure everyone is taken care of.<\/p><p>*<strong>Option 1: Rollover the ticket to FloydFest 2024.<\/strong>*<\/p><p>By choosing this option, there is nothing further that you need to do. The tickets you purchased for 2023 will be valid for entry into FloydFest 2024. If this option is selected, CashorTrade sellers cannot request a refund from FloydFest and a sale on CashorTrade will stand as it is.<\/p><p><strong>*Option 2: Request a refund.*<\/strong><\/p><p>If the buyer of the sale on CashorTrade would like a refund for their FloydFest23 purchase, please be sure to visit the chat conversation associated with your FloydFest23 ticket sale and click the <strong>*Buyer Request Refund*<\/strong> button <strong>*4\/12\/23*<\/strong>. If the refund is not requested within this refund window the tickets will remain valid for the following year and can be re-sold if they can no longer be used. Please make sure you have a valid credit card on file and a Paypal email connected to your CashorTrade account.
