- Please follow Eventbrite’s ‘Edit Order Information’ Policy to ensure your ticket is updated to match the new buyer’s information.
- To place your order or tickets under a new name and email address, you can edit your order information. This does not remove the ticket from your Eventbrite account, but the new attendee will receive an email prompting them to claim tickets when you save the change.
