This week, CashorTrade had the honor of attending the fourth annual NIVA (National Independent Venue Association) Conference in Milwaukee—an impactful gathering that brought together the heart of the independent live entertainment community.
From venues and promoters to primary ticketers and technology innovators, thousands came together to explore the future of live events. We were proud to host a powerful Ticketing Networking Session at the conference, where our co-founders, Dusty and Brando, introduced CashorTrade and the Face Value Movement in a heartfelt speech that resonated throughout the hall.
Some of our 30-person team also joined in, actively engaging with leaders across the industry—building relationships, sharing ideas, and strengthening our shared commitment to a ticketing system that respects fans and supports independent venues.
As the conversation around ticketing evolves, one thing is clear: fans deserve better. Predatory secondary markets have driven up prices, increased no-shows, and hurt the very artists, venues, and communities that make live entertainment so special. CashorTrade is committed to partnering with venues and primary ticketing companies to change this narrative.
Throughout the week, we heard from industry leaders at Meta, YouTube Music, Jambase, Eventbrite, Wasserman, Riot Fest, Bandsintown, Billboard, and Summerfest. The collective energy was unmistakable—everyone is ready to innovate, collaborate, and build more transparent ticketing solutions.
Why Partner With CashorTrade?
- Eliminate chargebacks and box office friction by offering safe verified resale.
- Decrease no-show rates through face value fan exchanges and trade.
- Fill venues with passionate communities who market to their friends and return year after year.
We left Milwaukee inspired by the conversations, partnerships, and shared vision for fairer ticketing. Thank you to NIVA and we’re excited to keep the momentum going and expand the Face Value Movement.
If you’re ready to bring safe, face value resale to your venue or platform, we’d love to connect—let’s #EmbraceTheFace.
