- I can no longer attend and would like to sell my tickets. How do I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Once you accept a buyer’s request, you will be asked to share the following information so we can update the shipping address:-
- Sellers: Your original TicketSpice Order Number (example: SCRTDRMSFSTVLODQ3TMA)
- Buyers: Your updated Shipping Address
→ Orders On or After August 13th (Will Call Only)
Once you accept a buyer’s request, you will be asked to share the following information so your wristband can be voided and reissued directly to the buyer for pick up at Will Call.-
- Sellers: Your TicketSpice Ticket ID for each ticket sold (example: 01KYH3NT7X8G8FMPG0M)
- Buyers: Pick up your wristband at the on-site Secret Dreams Will Call using a valid photo ID.
