What began as a humble gathering in 2001 with just 1,000 fans, 15 bands, and two stages at Three Sisters Park has evolved into one of the most beloved and longest-running music festivals in the country. Now entering the 25th Anniversary, Summer Camp Music Festival returns May 21–24, 2026 for a weekend of music, magic, and memories like no other.
Every Memorial Day Weekend, we transform the quiet town of Chillicothe, Illinois into a vibrant, immersive music city welcoming thousands of SCampers from around the world. With multiple stages, hundreds of artists, and a mix of jam, electronic, rock, bluegrass, funk, hip hop, and more, SCamp is a choose-your-own-adventure experience where music and community thrive.
Beyond the stages, SCamp features interactive workshops, late-night shows, artist sit-ins, local vendors, live art, non-profit outreach, and the evolving SOULPATCH – our effort to activate fans for good through environmental and social impact.
